Collaboration with Interior Junkie

For home advice and an interior boost, Interior Junkie. She knows all about it! She had just moved into a townhouse in Haarlem and wanted Portuguese cement tiles for a classic foundation in the interior. And when it comes to cement tiles, Designtegels is of course the place to be!

Who is Interior Junkie?

Interior Junkie Elisah writes blogs on her website, visits homes to offer interior advice and is an interior stylist. She does it all! Elisah’s interior style is best described as eclectic. Her interior features several different styles, and she loves combining older and modern furniture. For her new home, she was looking for Portuguese tiles. After searching online, she came across Designtegels and shortly afterwards she was already in our showroom.

The stress of choosing

With so much choice, she found that selecting the tiles was quite a challenge. Elisah likes patterns, but wanted a calm colour. After several laps, she settled on the Negra 12 tiles. She fell in love with the tile’s subtle tulip pattern. Floral patterns feature in several areas of the house. To create a calmer look, she chose a plain border.

The Negra 12 is a classic, atmospheric tile for several areas of the home. The tiles are not only beautiful, but also particularly practical and easy to use. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, and in virtually any room you like. They are easy to clean (after sealing) and underfloor heating is even an option with these tiles.
