How to order a sample
Samples are meant to give you an idea of what a product looks like. Based on a sample you can reasonably determine whether the colour, shape and finish meet your wishes for your project. However, there are a few important things to know before ordering a sample – we'd like to inform you in advance! Our samples usually do not come from the same stock as our other tiles. Since many of our products are made in different colour batches, it is possible that there are colour differences between our sample tiles and our regular stock.
Sample tiles are not intended for use in a project
This is because colour differences can occur due to tiles being made in different colour batches, and because rejected shipments – for example with breakage damage – are processed into sample tiles. They may still look good and work well as samples, but can contain hairline cracks or unevenness that make the tile unsuitable for use. It is therefore important to use a sample purely for orientation and not as a full-quality tile for your project. If you fall short of tiles for your project, we recommend ordering a packing unit of the tile you need.
Please note: unfortunately we cannot accept sample tiles as returns.

Shipping & Breakage
We ship via DHL (€9.51) in sturdy, custom-developed boxes. Please note: we are not liable for breakage damage during transport. Prefer to pick up your samples at our showroom in Breda or Utrecht?
With a sample you'll know for sure!
A sample tile gives a good impression and helps you make a well-considered choice. We therefore recommend always ordering a sample in advance or coming to see the tiles in person at one of our showrooms. This way you avoid surprises and can be sure that the colour, texture and appearance match your wishes.
Our staff are on hand in the showroom to personally advise you on style, application and combinations, so that you arrive at a choice that perfectly suits your wishes and interior.
Tiles made to order cannot be returned
We want to make sure you make the right choice! Many of our tiles are handmade and often made to order. It is therefore possible that when you place an order for a few boxes of tiles, they may differ slightly in colour from the sample you received earlier. Please take this into account, or ask one of our colleagues about the maximum deviation – this varies per tile type.
If certain samples are not in stock, we may send you a different shape or size in the same colour, so you can still get an impression without having to wait unnecessarily long to make a decision. We usually inform you of this in advance.
We would like to once again point out the importance of seeing tiles in person before hastily ordering tiles you have never seen in real life. Colours on our website will appear differently on every screen – unfortunately, we have no control over this.
It is not permitted to order all tiles from a collection as samples. Instead, you can visit our showroom to see them in person. We send a maximum of 5 samples at a time.
