Fun ideas: tiles with furniture

Creative with tiles

People are used to seeing tiles on the floor and (with some exceptions) on the wall. But it can be done quite differently! Tiles are increasingly appearing in unexpected places, as decoration or as an addition/variation in furniture.

Tiles are also increasingly being used in spaces where you would not initially expect to find them. Alongside functional white tiles in wet rooms, there are now beautiful, colourful features for the office, living room and as a finishing touch for your outdoor space.

Country of origin

This has been common abroad for centuries: Morocco and Spain are full of colourful tiles. Simply on the streets or as decoration on buildings. This trend is increasingly making its way to the Netherlands too, which we absolutely love. These cheerful little tiles make the sun shine!
