Grout
Grouting is more than just the finishing touch to your tiling project. It largely determines the appearance of your floor or wall. The right grout color ensures a sense of calm and cohesion. That is why we recommend choosing a grout that does not contrast too much, but instead creates a subtle interplay of lines that blends beautifully with the overall look of your tiles.
At Designtegels.nl, you will always find a grout color that fits. For example, an anthracite or black grout combines beautifully with black tiles and creates a luxurious, tone-on-tone look. With a beige mosaic, a cream or silver-grey grout works better, ensuring the many small joints do not become too dominant and the overall appearance remains calm.
In our stores, we have a sample box containing all grout colors. This allows you to walk past your favorite tiles and immediately see what works best. We are also happy to advise you on the right type of grout. We usually work with premium cement-based grouts from Weber. For wet rooms or intensive use, there are epoxy grouts that hardly discolor.
Moreover, grouting is easy to do yourself. It is straightforward work and even fun to do, as long as you know what you are doing and take your time.
