Colours, patterns and sizes
Spanish tiles are available in a wide range of colours, shapes and sizes. There may be slight colour variations between batches. Furthermore, tiles from a single box often exhibit colour variations and irregularities amongst themselves. This is sometimes done deliberately to create a particular atmosphere, or is due to the production process, and should be regarded as normal.
Ordering, delivery and shipping
These tiles are supplied individually. You can collect the tiles from our warehouse in Breda or from our showroom in Utrecht. Collection is by appointment only and subject to the tiles being in stock. If you would like to see the tiles in person but are unable to visit one of our showrooms, please order a sample via our website.
Maintenance
Spanish tiles are fired tiles; they have a hard top layer and are easy to maintain. It is best to use a non-corrosive all-purpose cleaner to ensure the colour layer is not damaged.

Order Information
Colours and screens
The colours on our website may differ from reality. This varies depending on your screen and settings. We therefore recommend viewing the tiles in one of our showrooms or ordering a sample first. This way, you can be sure that the colour and appearance match your wishes.
Allow for cutting waste
Always order at least 10% extra tiles. Tiles from different production batches may show slight differences in colour, size or texture. By ordering sufficient cutting waste, you avoid having to reorder from a different production batch later.
Custom orders and returns
Products that are produced specifically for you to a custom size, colour or specification cannot be returned. We therefore recommend reading our returns policy in advance or contacting us. We are happy to explain which products this applies to and why.
Stock and delivery time
Is a product listed as out of stock on the website? Please do not hesitate to contact us. We receive new deliveries almost daily, which are not always immediately visible in our stock system. In many cases, we can help you faster than you might expect.
Payment
For orders from €100, we ask for a 30% deposit. This confirms your order and you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is ready for collection or shipment, we will ask you to pay the remaining 70%. Payment is easy via iDEAL, card or bank transfer. Orders are released once payment has been received in full.
Use the right installation products
A beautiful tile deserves the right installation. Since 2006, we have been intensively testing our adhesives, grouts and impregnation products in practice. That is why we only work with products we know perform optimally. We deliberately do not offer dozens of brands, only the best solutions. Trust our advice. With an exclusive tile, you do not want to risk using a less suitable product.
