Tides Flat Gold
The Tides Flat Gold is a 7.5x30 cm ceramic wall tile with a special crackle finish, produced in one of our factories in Italy. The Tides is available in 11 beautiful shades. These rich colours create a stylish and lively effect.
In addition to the smooth matt version, Tides is also available as a 3D effect tile in both matt and gloss. The playful relief offers endless combination possibilities and creates a contemporary, dynamic look. Tides is perfect for use in the kitchen, hall or toilet and adds a unique character to any space.
Please note:With metallic glazes, the colour can vary per batch and sometimes differ significantly from the showroom example or a sample tile.
Metallic colours are technically difficult to produce consistently. The glazes used are chemically more unstable and react very sensitively to factors such as temperature, oxygen in the kiln and glaze thickness. As a result, the results are less predictable and there are almost always differences between batches. At the same time, these properties create beautiful nuances and a lively surface: each tile is unique.
Good to know
Tides is not only a feast for the eyes, but also a conscious choice. These Italian ceramic tiles are made from 61% recycled material and are produced with craftsmanship in a specialised factory in Italy. The clay and glaze used are of the highest quality and comply with all ISO standards. In addition, the production process is continuously being made more sustainable, with an eye for the environment, employees and the surrounding area.

Italian tiles are easy to work with and have their own specific installation and treatment requirements. Upon purchase, you will receive a step-by-step plan with instructions and points to note. Ordering, delivery and shipping
These tiles are delivered per box. For help calculating the quantities you need, expert advice or a tailor-made quote, we are happy to assist you in one of our showrooms. Orders can be delivered to your home via our carrier. The costs are calculated based on weight and volume and are included in the quote, if applicable. It is also possible to collect the tiles from our warehouse in Breda or our showroom in Utrecht. Collection is by appointment only and subject to availability. If you would like to see the tiles in person but are unable to visit one of our showrooms, please order a sample via our website.
Maintenance
These Italian tiles are ceramic and have a hard top layer, making them easy to maintain. We recommend mopping weekly and cleaning with an all-purpose cleaner. Preferably use an acid-free product that is not too greasy, such as our Tegelsop.

Order Information
Colours and screens
The colours on our website may differ from reality. This varies depending on your screen and settings. We therefore recommend viewing the tiles in one of our showrooms or ordering a sample first. This way, you can be sure that the colour and appearance match your wishes.
Allow for cutting waste
Always order at least 10% extra tiles. Tiles from different production batches may show slight differences in colour, size or texture. By ordering sufficient cutting waste, you avoid having to reorder from a different production batch later.
Custom orders and returns
Products that are produced specifically for you to a custom size, colour or specification cannot be returned. We therefore recommend reading our returns policy in advance or contacting us. We are happy to explain which products this applies to and why.
Stock and delivery time
Is a product listed as out of stock on the website? Please do not hesitate to contact us. We receive new deliveries almost daily, which are not always immediately visible in our stock system. In many cases, we can help you faster than you might expect.
Payment
For orders from €100, we ask for a 30% deposit. This confirms your order and you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is ready for collection or shipment, we will ask you to pay the remaining 70%. Payment is easy via iDEAL, card or bank transfer. Orders are released once payment has been received in full.
Use the right installation products
A beautiful tile deserves the right installation. Since 2006, we have been intensively testing our adhesives, grouts and impregnation products in practice. That is why we only work with products we know perform optimally. We deliberately do not offer dozens of brands, only the best solutions. Trust our advice. With an exclusive tile, you do not want to risk using a less suitable product.
